I am a former CQC inspector, qualified and registered social worker, Best Interest Assessor (BIA) and Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP). My services include, mock inspection, audit and compliance checks. I can support you to understand your CQC report, prepare factual accuracy challenges and to navigate any enforcement process. I can also support you with safeguarding concerns and processes saving you time and stress and enabling you to focus on the day to day running of your service. For services in crisis, I can provide day to day on site support and mentoring to your existing staff team, helping them to embed change and improve quality and safety. I can assist you with developing action plans to satisfy the requirements of CQC and the Local Authority.
